Feedback Practicum

The Feedback Practicum provides Hogan Certified users with a structured opportunity to develop and strengthen their feedback delivery skills using Hogan assessment results. The course includes two components: an asynchronous web module that takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and a live 90-minute session with a trained assessor from the Hogan Coaching Network. Through these activities, participants learn to analyze assessment data, develop an integrated interpretation of results, and conduct a development-focused feedback conversation.

Following the Feedback Practicum, you will be able to:

• Apply a structured framework to prepare for and deliver Hogan feedback
• Analyze Hogan assessment data and develop an integrated interpretation of results
•  Identify and communicate meaningful behavioral themes and developmental insights
•  Create a feedback plan based on a case study profile
• Conduct a development-focused feedback conversation
• Use individualized coaching and rubric-based feedback to strengthen communication effectiveness, interpretation accuracy, developmental insight, and overall delivery

The skills gained in this course bridge the gap between learning feedback concepts and delivering effective developmental feedback in real-world settings, enabling certified Hogan practitioners to build greater confidence through hands-on experience.
