Want to ramp up your organization’s talent acquisition and development strategies? Attend one of our world-class certification workshops, available online or in a city near you. In the process, you’ll learn more about personality (and have fun too!).

The Hogan Assessments Certification workshop will teach you about our personality assessments and how to interpret individual assessment results. Once you’ve completed this foundational certification (required), we offer two advanced workshops to help you become an expert at understanding the nuances of personality results and master the delicate art of providing personality feedback to assessment takers within your organization.

Workshop Options

  • Hogan Assessments Certification

    Hogan’s foundational certification workshop qualifies professionals to administer our assessments. This course teaches the interpretation and application of Hogan’s three core personality assessments. This workshop will help you understand the fundamentals of personality, learn to interpret assessment results, and gain practice in delivering feedback to assessment takers.

  • Advanced Interpretation Certification

    Hogan’s Advanced Interpretation workshop is designed for practitioners who want to gain deeper interpretive insights from Hogan assessment data. Skills acquired in this applied workshop will prepare you to analyze Hogan data at a deeper level and extract maximum interpretive value from the three core Hogan personality assessments.

  • Advanced Feedback Certification

    Hogan’s Advanced Feedback Certification workshop is designed for practitioners who want to receive more extensive instruction and practice delivering effective Hogan feedback. Skills acquired in this experiential workshop will prepare you to deliver high-impact Hogan feedback for your organization.

Cancellation Policy

Hogan Public Basic, Advanced Interpretation and Feedback Certification Workshops.


The following provisions apply to all Hogan Public Certification Workshops:

  • Refunds: Vendor is unable to provide refunds for any online certification course registration.
  • Transfers: If the participant is unable to attend the Vendor course for which the participant originally registered, the participant must contact GLD@hoganassessments.com at least ten (10) days prior to the workshop start date to have the registration transferred to a future workshop at no additional cost. Registration transfer is only free of charge one (1) time. Each subsequent request to transfer registration will incur a $250 transfer fee. Further, notification to transfer registration fewer than ten (10) days prior to the workshop will result in a $250 transfer fee.
  • Feedback Late Cancellation/No Show Fees: Assessment Feedback Sessions that are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or when participants neither cancel nor attend are subject to a Late Cancellation/No Show Fee of $100 per occurrence.

Hogan Privately Sponsored Basic, Advanced Interpretation and Feedback Certification Workshops.

The following provisions apply to all client-held Hogan Private Certification Workshops:

  • Refunds: Vendor is unable to provide refunds for any online certification course registration.
  • Transfers: If the participant is unable to attend the privately sponsored course for which the participant originally registered, the participant must contact GLD@hoganassessments.com at least ten (10) days prior to the workshop start date to have the registration transferred to a future client-held Hogan Private Workshop, if one is scheduled and where seats are available, at no additional cost. Alternatively, the
    participant may transfer their private registration to a public workshop by
    paying the current retail registration fees associated with the public workshop of their choice. Registration transfer is only free of charge one (1) time. Each subsequent request to transfer registration will incur a $250 transfer fee. Further, notification to transfer registration fewer than ten (10) days
    prior to the workshop will result in a $250 transfer fee.
  • Feedback Late Cancellation/No Show Fees: Assessment Feedback
    Sessions that are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or when participants neither cancel nor attend are subject to a Late Cancellation/No
